Privacy Policy

Floor Planner stores project files in your browser using IndexedDB. It also uses localStorage for the recent project pointer, planner settings, and analytics consent choice. The MVP does not create accounts or sync files to a server.

JSON exports are generated locally from the active project document. Imported JSON files are read in your browser and are not uploaded by this static application.

Floor Planner uses Sentry as an essential error monitoring service when a Sentry DSN is configured. Sentry helps detect browser errors, diagnose failures, and improve service stability.

Sentry may receive error messages, stack traces, the URL path and query where an error occurred, referrer information, browser, operating system, and device details, and breadcrumbs such as recent console logs or actions around the error.

Sentry is configured with sendDefaultPii set to false. Floor Planner does not create accounts and does not directly set Sentry user IDs or email addresses. The application does not intentionally send cookies or user IP addresses as SDK default personal information. Sentry tracing, session replay, and user feedback are not enabled.

If you allow analytics cookies, Floor Planner loads Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and improve the service. GA4 may process a cookie-based client ID such as _ga, page visit history, device and browser details, approximate location, and session statistics.

You can reject analytics in the cookie banner. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you reject analytics, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded by this application.
